Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Represent DISH in customers' homes daily, building rapport and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Install and configure DISH TV and smart home solutions, consulting homeowners on their infinite smart home possibilities.
  • Travel to customer locations, working in varying climates and weather conditions.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements and Skills



  • Aptitude to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, work at heights, and navigate customer homes safely.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
  • Flexible schedule, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.
