Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our expanding team. Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional support and service to our valued customers, business clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries through various channels including phone, chat, and email promptly.
  • Utilize multiple software systems to provide accurate order and product information tailored to customer needs.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order statuses and product updates.
  • Assist customers with sizing and product recommendations.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and share insights with customers.
  • Support retail operations by providing customer updates.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and friendly work atmosphere.
  • Achieve established goals and objectives as a customer service representative.
  • Respond to customer feedback and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in an office or call center environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Shopify is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate customer concerns.
  • Excellent active listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively; self-motivated with a desire for ongoing learning.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
  • Willingness to work early morning and weekend shifts during peak periods.
