Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional support and service to our valued customers, business clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through various channels including phone, chat, and email promptly.
- Utilize multiple software systems to provide accurate order and product information tailored to customer needs.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order statuses and product updates.
- Assist customers with sizing and product recommendations.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and share insights with customers.
- Support retail operations by providing customer updates.
- Foster a positive, productive, and friendly work atmosphere.
- Achieve established goals and objectives as a customer service representative.
- Respond to customer feedback and reviews in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in an office or call center environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Shopify is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate customer concerns.
- Excellent active listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively; self-motivated with a desire for ongoing learning.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
- Willingness to work early morning and weekend shifts during peak periods.
Work Environment: This position is based in an office setting.
