Job Summary

This position is focused on debt and equity placement for multi-housing transactions. As a Senior Multi-Housing Debt Analyst, you will be involved in every stage of a transaction, from underwriting to closing and client meetings.

You will work in a high-energy and team-focused environment, preparing debt and equity offering memorandums, conducting market research, and analyzing financial data.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare debt and equity offering memorandums, including research, financial modeling, and composition of executive summaries.
  2. Conduct complex financial modeling of multi-housing transactions and utilize market and JLL data to correctly underwrite a transaction.
  3. Manage the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction.
  4. Analyze, develop, and recommend financing summaries and/or considerations and alternatives to present to the Producer.
  5. Build client relationships within the industry through meetings, events, and involvement in real estate trade organizations.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of real estate experience with an emphasis on multi-housing.
  • Ability to navigate the GSE loan process.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills.
