Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Addiction Recovery

AMS Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a dynamic and rewarding role. As an LPN in our Addiction Recovery program, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with addiction.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to work in a fast-paced environment, providing medical care and support to patients in our addiction recovery program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care and support to patients in our addiction recovery program
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to support patient recovery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in addiction recovery

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in addiction recovery or behavioral health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
