About the Position:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Winchester, New Hampshire. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges related to speech, language, and communication in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Create and implement tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver Effective Therapy Services: Provide high-quality therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student progress and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep precise records of student assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Stay Current with Industry Developments: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments in speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • New Hampshire State Licensure: Hold current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology from the state of New Hampshire.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence: Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous Experience: Have previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a speech-language pathology setting.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and professionals.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Possess a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on student success.
