Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Ethan Crossing of Indianapolis. As a key member of our treatment team, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients, overseeing daily rounding and treatment team meetings, and collaborating with other medical staff to maintain a high level of service and quality medical care.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory agencies
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans
  • Attend and lead MEC, P&T, Quality, and UR committees
  • Collaborate with other medical staff to maintain high-quality medical care
  • Provide on-call coverage as needed and assist with development and approval of medical coverage calendars
Requirements
  • Certification as PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner)
  • Previous experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting desirable
  • Working knowledge of the addiction and recovery field and experience in clinical practice
  • Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
