The typical starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, sorting, and preparing equipment for inventory management, customer orders, and general warehouse duties.

Your primary focus will be on efficiently loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Receive, pick, sort, and prepare equipment for inventory management and customer orders.
• Loading/unloading trucks accurately and safely.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Cleanliness and safety of the workspace are paramount.
• Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the branch, including cleaning warehouses, sweeping parking lots, counters, bathrooms, etc.
• Reliability and dependability are crucial, as our customers rely on us to deliver essential products to run their businesses effectively.
• This full-time position involves Monday-to-Friday work with occasional weekend or evening shifts.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• A valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• A desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Pass pre-employment screening upon contingent offer.
