Job Title: Patient Care Monitor/Greeter

Health Care Resource Center is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to ensure the overall safety and order of our clinic facility. This role requires a respectful and alert individual who can maintain a secure environment while providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the protection of all employees and patients
  • Verify patient identification and maintain a secure waiting area
  • Perform crowd control and maintain a safe and orderly environment
  • Report critical incidents and cooperate with authorities as needed
  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Perform security checks and maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Attend staff meetings and in-service training as directed by supervisor
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in an office/clinic setting
  • Training from a law enforcement school or other security training is strongly preferred
  • Able to establish a positive rapport with patients and demonstrate a non-judgmental and accepting attitude
  • Satisfactory drug screen and background check
