Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other modalities.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through ongoing education and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Active Florida license.
  • Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
