Nurse Manager - Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit at a leading Healthcare/Hospital System in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume 24-hour responsibility for the overall operation of the assigned area(s)
  • Collaborate with the Director in the management of services within the department
  • Plan, organize, direct, maintain, and evaluate patient care and unit activities within established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Communicate policies and procedures and departmental and Hospital information to staff, physicians, and customers
  • Maintain the integrity of the service to meet all accreditation and licensure requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • BSN
  • 3+ years of recent psychiatric/behavioral health experience managing operations within a healthcare system
