Key Responsibilities
1. Assess and diagnose patients with respiratory conditions to create effective treatment strategies.
2. Administer various respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy and aerosolized medications.
3. Monitor patients' respiratory health, vital signs, and therapeutic responses, making adjustments as necessary.
4. Educate patients and their families on respiratory health, treatment options, and self-management techniques.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate and execute comprehensive care plans for optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- CRT and RRT certifications
- BLS Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required)
- Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
