Position Summary

Hire Velocity collaborates with various transportation companies across the United States to recruit skilled Class A CDL Truck Drivers for Amazon Freight Partner roles. These positions entail the responsibility of moving freight along designated routes to Amazon-operated facilities. This is a direct hire opportunity with a locally managed carrier, offering drivers comprehensive company benefits and growth opportunities. This role focuses on regional driving with 100% No Touch Freight, making it an outstanding chance to embark on a rewarding career in driving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years
  • Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
  • Experience in commercial driving, specifically with 53' trailers
  • Clean driving record (MVR) and favorable DAC report
  • Successful completion of a DOT Physical examination
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English, with the ability to adhere to all posted signs in Amazon facilities and on public roadways
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively learn and utilize GPS technology
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Capability to use handheld devices and smartphone applications
  • Flexibility in work schedule (Day/Evening/Night shifts/Weekends)
  • Passing a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
Compensation: $24 per hour
