Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our team at AA Asphalting. As a key member of our paving crew, you will be responsible for operating rollers and other heavy equipment to ensure high-quality asphalt paving results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate rollers and other heavy equipment to pave and compact asphalt surfaces
  • Check equipment daily for maintenance and repairs
  • Determine speed and direction on machine to achieve optimal paving results
  • Understand and follow all safety protocols and regulations
  • Perform non-operator labor tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Class A CDL preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work weekends and occasional nights
  • Ability to travel to various worksites
  • Ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions
