Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Crew Member. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Preparing food and beverages according to brand standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Ensuring food safety and handling
  • Cleaning equipment and guest areas
  • Stocking supplies as needed
  • Taking orders and handling payments at the drive-thru or front counter
  • Focusing on speed of service and meeting performance standards

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrate a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and adapt to change. This position requires standing for long periods, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
