Dental Assistant Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Professionals. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience throughout their dental journey.
- Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories to provide quality care.
- Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments, utilizing advanced technology such as iTero 3D scanners and digital photography.
- Provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during a wide range of procedures, adhering to state dental practice acts.
- Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record-keeping, ensuring accurate and efficient management of patient information.
- Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA/CDC recommendations.
- Manage supply and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental office.
- Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize office workflow.

Prolonged periods of sitting and standing; ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times; availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
