Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a home setting
- Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans
- Conduct wound care and other skilled interventions as needed
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and clients
- Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
- 2+ years of experience in skilled care, preferably in wound care
- Current CPR BLS Certification
- Competitive hourly rate: $28-$31/hour
