Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Wingbrace. As a key member of our Digital Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and applying new technologies to address the Government's most challenging software and systems engineering problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect, develop, and implement end-to-end cluster and application life cycles
  • Work with development teams to architect, develop, and implement on-prem and true cloud solutions
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement and maintain SAST and DAST scanning capabilities, working with developers to resolve findings
  • Implement best practices for Software Delivery
  • Automate deployment of application software into staging environment mirroring client production environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum BA/BS in a technical discipline
  • Ten (10) years or more of related experience; or Masters Degree and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or Juris Doctor (JD) and two (2) years or more of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth, hands-on experience building platforms at scale for containerized workloads, particularly leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman
  • Experience working in Kubernetes environments and deploying applications following CI/CD pipelines into Kubernetes
  • Support and improve DevSecOps solutions for continuous build, automated testing, and release management
  • Strong familiarity with DevSecOps software configuration management systems and tools: Linux, Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform
  • Experience integrating security solutions into CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working in Agile environments with multiple development teams
