Key Responsibilities
As a Recreation Activities Specialist, your duties will include:
- Facilitating a wide array of activities tailored for both adults and children.
- Actively engaging in special events to enhance guest enjoyment.
- Generating and implementing innovative activity concepts to enrich guest experiences.
- Maintaining a comprehensive daily record and monitoring guest involvement.
- Handling financial transactions and adhering to accounting standards.
- Assisting in roles similar to an Activities Attendant when necessary.
- Employing computer skills for managing equipment check-outs for guests.
- Upholding safety protocols and guidelines to ensure guest well-being.
- Keeping the Activities Center, boat dock, and adjacent areas tidy and well-organized.
- Supporting inventory management as required.
