About the Role:

As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing comprehensive evaluations to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy
  • Developing and implementing relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders
  • Providing in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a range of diagnoses
  • Engaging with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals for their child
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team
Requirements:
  • A valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Texas
  • Current BLS License
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
  • Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
