Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Pennoni is seeking a Civil Engineer/Land Development professional with experience in multi-discipline projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing tasks on various project sites within the City of Winchester and surrounding region.
• Developing Land Development Plans, including engineering design drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinating permits through regulatory agencies for large-scale, complex projects.
• Conducting hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and Stormwater Management Water Quantity & Quality compliance.
• Working on multiple projects and tasks.
• Completing field inspections as needed.
• Preparing proposals for new and existing clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Engineering, preferably with Land Development design projects.
• Applicants without a degree may have 7-9 years of site civil design experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Land Development process in the Winchester and Martinsburg region.
• Experience with site design functions, including grading, utility design, and stormwater management.
• Proficiency with engineering tools, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
