Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Progressive Care Unit team as a Clinical Lead. This role requires strong leadership and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to determine diagnoses and develop individualized plans.
  • Implement strategies to promote health and safety, and delegate tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Education and Experience: 2 years of experience as a registered nurse; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required; PCU/CCU experience preferred.
