- Utilize knowledge of specialty services, EMTALA regulations, and transfer center processes to make informed decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate teamwork to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical standards and guidelines to ensure optimal patient care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- 5 years of experience in nursing, with 2 years in critical care.
- Advanced clinical assessment skills and knowledge of EMTALA regulations.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work calmly in a stressful environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
- Experience in progressive leadership and training as a house coordinator.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of employment.
