Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Arts/Sciences (or equivalent,) in Business, Leadership or similar. Masters Degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in training, coaching, or HR/OD
  • Highly desirable, but not required: Coaching Certification with ICF accreditation, Insights Discovery Certified Practitioner, Situational Leadership II
  • Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
  • Technical Competency: Articulate Storyline, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Alignment with Luck Stone's Mission and Values
