About the Role

As an LVN with our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for patients with diverse medical needs, including illnesses, injuries, and diseases
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Take patient vitals, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to the RN supervisor
  • Assist the RN in carrying out physician orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program and active LVN license in California
  • Minimum of 300 hours of LVN experience in a medical facility
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion
