As a pivotal representative of Pertemps Heathrow, you will engage directly with our esteemed clients, ensuring the seamless operation of various beverage dispensing systems for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Compensation:
£27,000-£35,000 depending on experience
Employee Benefits:
- No weekend work required (except for designated monthly service weeks post-training)
- Competitive pay for service weeks (including on-call weekends)

- Provision of a company vehicle and iPad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve client-reported issues on-site, providing detailed summaries of completed work and updating client portals as necessary.
- Install and maintain beverage dispensing systems, which may include single tap, multi-tap, rapid pour systems, temporary bars, and setups for outdoor events.
- Conduct inspections, installations, and repairs of gas management systems, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to the administrative team.
- Generate installation quotes and prepare layout designs for bars and storage areas.
- Utilize the service management system to oversee work orders, ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and submitted promptly.
- Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out schedule, approximately one week per month after full training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management.
- Valid UK driving license.
- High work ethic, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and to a high standard.
- Practical experience with tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Flexibility in working hours and responsibilities.
