Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to surgeons and operating room staff during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgical team, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available for procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care to patients throughout their surgical experience.
- Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred.
- Current State licensure and CPR certification.
- Two years of direct experience in a surgical setting, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
