Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Big I Kentucky. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless management of insurance policies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure policy accuracy.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate policy updates, quotes, and claims processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional communication and service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial lines insurance account experience.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
  • Excellent customer focus, phone manner, written and verbal communication skills, and math and reading skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems, rating tools, and carrier website navigation.
