Customer Experience Coordinator

Job DescriptionThis is a full-time position responsible for providing personalized customer service, processing financial transactions, and promoting bank products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.
Key Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote bank products and services, increasing sales and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
