Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roving Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indigo Real Estate. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition and appearance of our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintenance of property grounds, internal, and exterior spaces.
  • Take direction to continue overall maintenance operations, including curb appeal, timely work request service, quality turnover/make-ready schedule, and special projects.
  • Assist with completion of all service requests.
  • Provide required assistance necessary on the property to further maintenance operations, including special projects, capital expenditure needs, landscaping/porter/janitorial duties, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (BA preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize numerous requests and incoming information to ensure an appropriate level of response and urgency is given to each.
  • Ability to set priorities and multi-task with a strong attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi or eSite/AMSI or other property management software preferred.
  • Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required for the position.
