+ Investigate and source hard-to-find components while ensuring optimal stock levels.
+ Manage and monitor parts orders, including receiving shipments and organizing inventory.
+ Safeguard units and equipment from environmental damage.
+ Keep management informed about work progress.
+ Demonstrate the functionality of newly acquired equipment.
+ Conduct troubleshooting tasks aligned with skill proficiency.

Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-3 years of experience in parts management within the RV, automotive, or marine sectors is advantageous.
+ Familiarity with shop activities, methods, procedures, and policies.
+ Extensive product knowledge.
+ Excellent communication abilities.
+ Basic computer proficiency.
+ A valid driver's license may be necessary.
+ Forklift experience or certification is preferred, or the ability to obtain certification is required.
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
+ Capable of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending for extended periods.
