ROLE SUMMARY FOR OPERATING ROOM TECHNICIANS


This position involves collaboration within a team, focusing on the development, execution, and assessment of a nursing care plan delivered by the surgical team.

Responsibilities include providing care to diverse age groups, from neonates to seniors, ensuring an understanding of the functional and developmental stages of each individual.


This role necessitates a thorough comprehension and active engagement in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. Adherence to ICARE standards is essential, along with compliance to the Code of Conduct and other organizational policies.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OPERATING ROOM TECHNICIANS

Education/Training/Experience:

MANDATORY:
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology Program

PREFERRED:
One year of relevant experience is advantageous

Licenses/Certifications/Special Requirements:
Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.

Employment Status:
Non-Exempt Hourly
