Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. As an LPN at Providence Service, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care according to established standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient outcomes
  • Participate in education and training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory and internal guidelines

Requirements

  • Degree in Practical Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Active Montana LPN licensure
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • At least 18 months of licensed nursing experience
