Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse or physician.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
- Degree from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current Montana license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least 18 months of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
