Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in soldering and assembly to work on various electronic tasks, including wiring, soldering, and reading electrical schematics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand production drawings, assembly instructions, and work orders to assemble electronic components.
  • Perform soldering, crimping, and other operations to join or secure parts in place.
  • Mount assembled components on chassis panels or printed wiring boards.
  • Connect component lead wires to printed circuits or route and connect wires between individual component leads and other components.
  • Manufacture cables and wiring harnesses using copper wire, co-axial cable, twin-axial cable, and fiber-optic cable.
  • Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
  • Assemble and attach hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies.
  • Perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and color-coding parts and assemblies.
  • Perform online inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Soldering experience required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
