We are seeking a talented physician leader to serve as the Head of the Division of Pediatric Palliative Care at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.
About the RoleThe Division Head will be responsible for leading all clinical care, research endeavors, educational efforts, advocacy, and administrative aspects of the Division's work. This includes developing a strategic vision, supporting excellence in patient care and quality improvement, recruiting and retaining distinguished faculty, and fostering a culture of academic and research excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Division

- Cultivate educational opportunities, including support of the palliative care fellowship
The Pediatric Palliative Care Team at Lurie Children's provides support to patients and families faced with potentially life-limiting conditions. Our interdisciplinary team uses a comprehensive approach to address the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of patients with serious illnesses.
