Job Summary

The Field Trainer plays a crucial role in identifying training needs, developing new training materials, and delivering training to ensure team members are equipped to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver various forms of training, including on-the-job, instructor-led, and virtual sessions.
  • Create and assist in the development of training documents and implement training programs.
  • Evaluate training materials and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to serve as a contact and resource for employee training needs.
  • Identify and complete skill assessment evaluations.
  • Use data to effectively schedule and perform inspections to monitor workmanship and quality trends.
  • Facilitate and communicate resolution of findings and closure in internal and external systems.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts and mentor individuals in assigned regions on corrective and preventative actions.

Education and Experience

The candidate should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of field experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and software.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in iOS and/or Android applications.
Language Skills

The candidate should be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands of this position include working at heights, depths, and in noisy environments. The candidate should be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 49 pounds and participate in group lifts for 50+ pounds.

Travel

The candidate should be willing to travel extensively and have reliable transportation and the ability to transport minor job-related tools and equipment to work locations.
