Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and design manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization to optimize production.
  • Determine parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification.

  • Develop and implement tooling reviews and management processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical/industrial/aerospace engineering principles.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% with a valid US passport.
