Physician Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage physician schedules
- Provide administrative support to physicians, including preparing reports and documents
- Maintain accurate records and update patient charts
- Communicate with patients, staff, and external providers regarding appointment schedules, test results, and other medical information
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience working in a medical environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient information
