Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a secure and efficient environment.
  • Assist with cash handling and cash register procedures, maintaining accuracy and adhering to Goodwill policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to Goodwill's safety protocols.
  • Stock and display merchandise effectively, ensuring a visually appealing store appearance.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, directing staff as needed.
  • Enforce Goodwill policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of retail experience or related work experience.
  • Ability to use cash registers and follow Goodwill policies and procedures.
  • Full-time availability, including all shifts Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and extra shifts as needed.
  • Ability to lift 15-35 pounds and hang merchandise, lifting up to six feet.
  • Reliable transportation and telephone access required.
  • Ability to bend and stoop.
