Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Assistant III/Recruiter to join our team at Foster Farms. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing HR support to management and hourly employees, maintaining employee records, and selecting the best fit candidates for positions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide information to applicants regarding the application process, employment policies, and open positions
* Instruct applicants on completing employment applications, review applications for completeness, and obtain additional information from applicants
* Conduct interviews with qualified applicants
* Enter job opening and applicant information into our computer database
* Verify and obtain reference and work history information from prior employers, educational organizations, and other sources
* Prepare reports of applicant flow and job opening information
* Prepare and post job openings internally
* Perform background checks and confirm work eligibility via eVerify
* Perform on-site drug testing

Requirements:
