Position Overview:

The primary goal of this position is to deliver thorough administrative and office support to the Referral Coordinator and Medical Records Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Referral Coordinator in overseeing referrals and managing essential medical documentation.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Efficiently manage both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Promptly process document requests and respond to data inquiries.
  • Draft written replies for standard correspondence.
  • Support various administrative functions such as composing emails, reports, and memos.
  • Organize incoming mail for appropriate distribution.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations, including necessary accommodations and meals.
  • Effectively support the on-call referral program.
  • Assist the HR department with bereavement arrangements, including floral tributes and memorials.
  • Handle diverse office responsibilities, including maintaining monthly financial records and front-end tasks.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least two years of experience in the healthcare sector.
