**Key Responsibilities**

• Service existing accounts and build profiles to understand client needs

• Create reservations and establish new accounts to expand our client base

• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

• Provide information regarding availability and pricing to meet client needs

• Assign reservations and input data into our reservation system

• Take deposits and communicate standard policies to clients

• Develop contracts for review and approval

• **Qualifications**

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confident, pleasant, friendly, and helpful demeanor

• Highly organized with acute attention to detail and proactive thought process

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Strong keyboarding skills and computer savvy

• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations

• Expertise with Microsoft Office Products required, familiar with Google Search and mapping programs

• High School diploma or GED equivalents required

• Punctual attendance with reliable transportation

• Industry background preferred but not required
