Coatings Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team at Amerequip Corporation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality coatings on parts, maintaining a safe working environment, and adhering to company standards.

• Operate label printers efficiently
• Utilize computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
• Prepare parts for coating by sanding and cleaning
• Achieve accurate painting results using touch-up paint guns and automatic spray equipment
• Maintain the paint room and booths through daily setup, mixing paint, and general clean-up
• Conduct quality inspections on painted parts
• Collaborate with supervisors to address additional duties as needed

This role involves working with chemicals and operating in confined spaces. Ability to lift up to 51 lbs is also required, often with assistance or through team lifting.
