Job Summary

The Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Lab Scientist is a critical member of our healthcare team, responsible for performing and analyzing complex medical laboratory tests and procedures that require the exercise of independent judgment with supervision.

Work Schedule

This role is a 3rd shift position, working 1.0 FTE Thurs-Sun, 9:00pm to 7:00am.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences
  • Current certification as Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist (MLT/MLS) by the National Board of Registry, American Society Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
  • Valid driver's license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines
  • Knowledge and skills sufficient to provide technical instructions and communicate and advise other departments on clinical laboratory procedures
Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of experience
