- Policy Management: Assist clients with the management of their insurance policies, including policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims processing.
- Sales Support: Generate quotes, conduct needs assessments, and recommend appropriate insurance products to clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.
- Education and Training: Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance products, helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support the overall goals of the company.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in personal lines insurance or a related field is preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Licensed insurance Agent - personal lines highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
