Requirements
- Master's degree in Clinical Counseling or Social Work
- Active professional certification/license in substance use disorder diagnosis
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and management settings
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient services, including assessment, diagnosis, and documentation
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Communicate medical necessity of services using ASAM guidelines
- Complete appeals process with third-party payers
- Coordinate with program administration
