Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Athletic Trainer to join our team at LMR Technical Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the prevention, evaluation, treatment, management, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement injury prevention programs for aircrew and other personnel.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify risk factors and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide manual therapy and modalities for the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Collaborate with Strength and Conditioning Coaches to provide performance evaluations and develop fitness prescriptions.
  • Attend continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in athletic training.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining records and documenting patient encounters.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an Athletic Training Education Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).
  • Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) certification.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Athletic Trainer in a high-performance environment, such as collegiate or professional athletics, aerospace industry, or similar man-machine high-performance environment.
  • Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
