Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sanitation and food safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective sanitation procedures and protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
  • Train and supervise sanitation staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and manage the sanitation budget to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sanitation and food safety leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective sanitation and food safety programs.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
