Our expertise spans the full breadth of alternative asset strategies, including private equity, hedge funds, credit, venture capital, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses
  • Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of illiquid investments, using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
  • Interviewing clients to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
  • Working with management to build, maintain, and further develop client relationships
  • Helping manage existing client relationships and pitching new business to both existing and new clients
  • Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management and writing engagement letters
  • Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions both verbally and in written reports
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or MBA
  • Minimum 8 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with managing engagement teams
  • Knowledge of software packages, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of market data sources, including Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ
