Valuation Analyst AVP Job Description

Prestigious Stone Management firm with a strong presence in the market is seeking an experienced AVP for their Valuations group. Reporting to the head of Valuations and Finance, this role will play a crucial part in the company's financial decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of p/e, debt, and real estate investments to provide accurate valuations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for discounted cashflow, trading multiples, and option pricings to support investment decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality business calculations for portfolio companies, identifying discrepancies, risks, or issues and addressing them accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in valuations, particularly in real estate, intangible assets, and purchase price allocations. Big 4 advisory or similar alternative asset experience is highly desirable. Strong modeling skills and familiarity with Fixed Income products are essential.
